Giving Voice and Presence
Regional Action West Midlands (RAWM) was formally commissioned by Kent and Medway Commissioning Support Unit now South East Commissioning Support Unit (SECSU) to support delivery of the Patient in Control Programme across Midlands and East. Specifically RAWM's role was to identify, broker relationships with and support the creation of a West Midlands Early Adopters portfolio.
The Infrastructure Development Project promoted the value of voluntary and community sector infrastructure at a regional level. It involved gathering learning and good practice from sub-regional consortia and ensuring public sector partners hear about the positive impact the voluntary and community sector has on regional priorities.
This project aimed to build a lasting legacy for sports volunteering in the West Midlands. This included working with partners to strengthen the links between sports volunteering and the wider volunteering agenda.
