On 22nd March 2011 an open bidding call was launched for outline proposals in relation to Priority 1 – Promoting Innovation and Research & Development, and Priority 2 – Stimulating Enterprise Development, under the West Midlands European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2007 to 2013.

This open call has been agreed in partnership with the Priority Working Groups 1 and 2 and invites outline proposals from interested organisations.
