Alzheimer's Society - Home Support Workers
The Alzheimer's Society is looking to recruit four Home Support Workers to aid people with dementia in their own home. Home Support Workers provide practical and emotional help along with stimulating activities. They also provide assistance with personal care and everyday tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Level 2 in care, or experience, along with the commitment to complete The Care Certificate required.
These are permanent positions. The salary will be £8,714 – £16,944 (depending on hours worked) for a 18 – 35 hour week (variable).
You must be able to travel independently around the Black Country and to work flexible hours including bank holidays, evenings and weekends.
