‘Cracks in the pathway’ is the first of CQCs thematic inspection review reports to be launched in their new inspection regime. The report launched in October is an analysis of inspections undertaken in the field of older adults and dementia. Reports of this kind are important documents in shaping and delivering future services and as such impact greatly on the quality of life experienced by users of this service and all who interact directly and indirectly in the delivery of services.
