We currently measure our performance against our objectives in several ways:
- By evaluating the success of our contracts through delivery of outputs and their contribution to anticipated outcomes, and the lessons learned
- By estimating the added value brought to each contract as a consequence of other RAWM work, e.g. other contracts, non-contractual work such as maintaining a membership base
- Getting stakeholder views is an important part of measuring our organisational performance. We do this by providing regular opportunities for feedback e.g. at events, and through electronic surveys, and undertaking major reviews, such as the 2009-10 membership review.
